INTENSIVE - Healing Healers Through Horses Session 4

Offering a full day group intensive equine therapy specifically for therapists looking to heal secondary trauma, present day anxiety and stressors, and find relaxation and mindfulness through experiential work with horses.  Finally, you get to be the client and receive the care you give others so fully every day.  

Participants sign up for one of the two Sunday blocks and can expect an opportunity to practice all of the things that we as therapists preach!  Through horses and true somatic awareness, clients will engage in Mindfulness, grounding, connection, coregulation to allow for safe discovery of what we still need to address.

Clients come to Julie for her direct and calm approach and ability to use her advanced intuition and horse knowledge to truly see into the world of the people she works with. Clients will feel seen, heard and protected on this journey and will leave with a new appreciation for their own therapeutic experiences as clinicians and humans.  

Cost for one two day block is $200.  

Space is limited to 6 participants.  If you’re interested in adding trauma informed yoga, forest therapy or sound bath please let me know upon registration those will be added costs.

Intensive is conducted rain, snow, or shine on a working farm with open outdoor fields and an open barn. Please check the weather and dress appropriately for the elements, including proper footwear. Bring a lunch. Snacks and bottled water provided. Bathroom on site.
