Offering a one day equine therapy small group intensive for adults wanting or needing a deeper dive into what is still worrying them, holding them back, or impeding joy. Horses are fight or flight animals that rarely fight. They are sensitive and alert and very intune to the animals' biological processes around them. In a herd, horses use non-verbal language and sensory tools to communicate and read each other. It is with these sensory tools and non-verbal language that they can read humans.

Approaching horses helps us reflect how we approach our relationships and how we can face other big or overwhelming things in our lives. Since the solutions are personally experienced in conjunction with intellectual understanding, they tend to be deeper, more profound, and longer lasting.

Clients come to Julie for her direct and calm approach and ability to use her advanced intuition and horse knowledge to truly see into the world of the people she works with. Clients will feel seen, heard and protected on this journey and will leave with new ways to practice healing that they can use for the rest of their lives.

Cost is $400 per attendee.

Small groups are limited to 3 participants.

Intensives are conducted rain, snow, or shine on a working farm with open outdoor fields and an open barn. Please check the weather and dress appropriately for the elements, including proper footwear. Bring a lunch. Snacks and bottled water provided. Bathroom on site.
