GROUP THERAPY EVENT - Horses to MY Rescue

6 WEEKLY SESSIONS ($200/session) - A therapy group for male and female identifying individuals looking to deepen their sense of self, learn grounding skills, practice empowerment, and find their authentic identity.(

$200/session. This six week equine therapy group will explore:

• Assertiveness
• Emotional Awareness
• Distress Tolerance
• Empowerment
• Interpersonal relationships
• Identity 

When we do work with horses, all the work is done on the ground with the horses front and center, deliberately unhindered and never ridden, and allowed to interact with the client as they wish. This creates the space for the client, with the support of the professional facilitator, to reflect, project, and make deep connections. Since the solutions are personally experienced in conjunction with intellectual understanding, they tend to be deeper, more profound, and longer lasting.

Training is conducted rain, snow, or shine on a working farm with open outdoor fields and an open barn. Please check the weather and dress appropriately for the elements, including proper footwear. Bathroom on site.
